Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Senior Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch design solutions while managing key relationships with clients and consultants. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead and coordinate design activities across multiple projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and consultants.
- Ensure design compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Manage design programmes and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
