Location: Lincoln
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Your Role
As an Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in our Anglian Water Alliance, contributing to essential water infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance, quality of work, and meeting productivity targets.
- Working and excavating on the highway safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out small-scale civils and reinstatement work.
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner at all times.
- Communicating effectively with your team leader and colleagues, keeping them updated on progress.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a full driving licence.
- Possess a CSCS and EUSR Water Hygiene card.
- Have experience working and excavating on the highway.
- Are skilled in small-scale civils and reinstatement.
- Hold a valid EUSR National Water Hygiene and SHEA Water certificate.
