Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our dynamic Wanlip Severn Trent Water Project team in beautiful Wanlip, Leicestershire.
About the Role
This is your chance to contribute to the upgrade and enhancement of our existing wastewater treatment facility. As a key player in our project delivery team, you’ll report directly to the Project Manager and collaborate with dedicated professionals to ensure the success of design, procurement, financial control, and site activities.
Your Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will:
- Author technical scopes of work and conduct gap analysis on mechanical tender submissions.
- Manage design and build contracts, resolving interface issues within mechanical packages.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with clients, design teams, and construction personnel.
- Manage procurement of materials and attend site testing, commissioning, and client training sessions.
- Develop Inspection and Test Plans, ensuring quality records are maintained throughout the project.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience in delivering wastewater mechanical and electrical projects.
- You can work with and manipulate Revit models and perform digital mark-ups of designs.
- You possess knowledge of SWIFTs, HAZOPs, and ALM related to mechanical equipment.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building effective relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholders.
