Your Role

As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will be at the heart of delivering top-notch electrical engineering services across a variety of exciting projects. Working within Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME), our internal MEP self-delivery business, you will collaborate with a talented team supporting regional businesses and strategic projects in sectors such as:

• Custodial
• Education
• Commercial
• Health
• Science

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Ensure all works are procured, planned, and executed safely, adhering to Kier standards, project requirements, and legislation.
• Review designs with design teams and clients to enhance construction efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Manage robust change control processes while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, setting clear expectations and supporting their development.

• You possess strong technical knowledge in electrical services and safety, holding a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
• You have CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
