Are You…?

  • Practically-minded: With a solid grounding in civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineering principles?
  • A Chartered Engineer (CEng): Or do you have equivalent experience?

Your Responsibilities

As a Principal Engineer, you will lead the delivery of complex construction engineering services, including:

  • Acting as Project Lead for multiple projects, managing technical scope, budget, and relationships from bid to delivery.
  • Producing, checking, and reviewing design outputs such as calculations, sketches, and reports, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Developing yourself and your team, contributing to continuous improvement and adapting to future challenges.
