Your Responsibilities
As a Building Services Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and undertaking repairs.
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met.
- Building strong client relationships through clear communication.
- Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed.
- Attending meetings with senior management and clients, and completing reports as required.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have practical experience in Electrical work.
- You hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification.
- You possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
- You have a Full driving licence.
