Job Details

Location: Northamptonshire, Cambridge, King's Lynn, Milton Keynes, Peterborough & Luton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Responsibilities

As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and undertaking repairs
  • Liaising with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met
  • Building strong client relationships through clear communication
  • Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed
  • Attending meetings with senior management and clients, and completing reports as required

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have practical experience in building services or facilities management
  • Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification
  • Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation
  • Have a Full driving licence
