Position Details
Location: Mobile across Greenwich Care Homes (London)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Your Role
As a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer with Kier Places Workplace Solutions, you will play a vital role in maintaining our care home facilities. Your expertise will help ensure that our buildings are safe, functional, and welcoming for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, you will:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
- Diagnose and repair faults across building systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing.
- Undertake fabric maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Support small refurbishment projects and coordinate with sub-contractors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records using our digital systems.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 in Electrical Installations, C&G 236, or 18th Edition).
- Have experience in multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical and fabric work.
- Are comfortable using digital devices to update work records.
- Enjoy collaborative problem-solving and thrive in a supportive team environment.
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional service in sensitive care settings.
