Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Temporary Works Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch construction engineering services. Collaborate with a talented team and provide technical guidance on temporary works throughout various project stages, from tender to completion.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Advising on the effective implementation of temporary works standards and providing technical guidance on design and implementation.
- Conducting compliance audits and documenting findings to foster continuous improvement.
- Supporting bid-winning activities, including outline designs, feasibility studies, and value engineering solutions.
- Offering design management advice and technical assessments of third-party designs.
- Resolving technical issues and supporting incident investigations while delivering training and mentoring to enhance team capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You’re an incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., IEng MICE) with relevant experience, or possess significant experience in a similar role.
- You hold a full driving license.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, working with clients and stakeholders to find innovative solutions.
- You are trustworthy and committed to delivering on your promises, always acting safely and ethically.
- You maintain a focused and disciplined approach, ensuring thorough delivery for clients and customers.
