Lift Engineer
Join Our Team as a Lift Engineer in Greater London!
Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations)
Hours: 8:00 – 20:00, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts with a 45-minute unpaid break)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (including OTE) based on skills and experience
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lift Service Engineer to cover a dedicated route across Greater London and its surrounding areas. You’ll be the go-to expert for servicing lifts, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely, all while having the support of a local team when needed.
Your Patch
- Covering Greater London and nearby areas
- Structured route (no random national travel)
- A mix of commercial and public sites
- Mostly staying within your allocated area
Lift Engineer Responsibilities
- Performing servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns and callouts
- Diagnosing faults and getting lifts back up and running
- Ensuring sites are safe and compliant
- Completing site logs and basic paperwork
Qualifications
Lift Engineer Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
- Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair)
- Full UK driving licence
