Hours: 40 hours a week (08:30 – 17:00)

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing the commercial resources of exciting refurbishment and re-cladding projects valued between £5m - £15m. You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that positively impact communities across London.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage commercial resources and maximize planned gross margin through effective contract placement and control.
- Tender, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors, while placing orders for materials and plant.
- Identify, negotiate, and agree on project variations with customers and suppliers.
- Measure, value, and agree on work progress to support invoicing and payment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (desirable) and relevant experience in a similar role.
- You possess strong communication skills and can work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- You’re highly organized, able to prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- You’re confident using IT packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems.
- You’re collaborative, willing to share knowledge, and support others while taking initiative when needed.
