Position Details
- Location: Central London
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Flexible and part-time hours available upon request)
- Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within our Commercial team, initially focusing on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, ensuring business targets and KPIs are exceeded.
- Preparing monthly cost/value reports and reviewing results alongside other contract team members.
- Producing commercial reports and analyzing trends with the team.
- Conducting physical measurements of works and agreeing on these with clients and subcontractors.
- Managing the certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring them against forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you meet the following criteria:
- Holder of a Full UK Driver's Licence.
- Educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Confident IT skills, particularly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
