Location: Site Based
Hours: Full-time (with some flexibility available—just let us know when you chat with us!)

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Manager, you will:

• Lead and motivate site operational staff to achieve project goals.
• Manage all aspects of construction, including procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
• Have proven experience in a site management role.
• Are an excellent communicator who can influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Possess a sound understanding of construction methods, health and safety, and risk management.
• Are IT competent with knowledge of planning techniques and relevant software.
