Key Details
Location: Birmingham / Cardiff / Leeds / Liverpool / London / Plymouth – Agile working options available.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours to suit your needs.

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Temporary Works Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch construction engineering services. Collaborate with colleagues across the business, providing technical guidance on temporary works and supporting projects from tender stage through to completion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Advising on the effective implementation of temporary works standards and providing technical guidance on design and implementation.
- Conducting compliance audits and documenting findings to support continuous improvement.
- Supporting bid-winning activities, including outline designs, feasibility studies, and value engineering solutions.
- Offering design management advice and technical assessment of third-party designs.
- Resolving technical issues and supporting incident investigations, while delivering training and mentoring to enhance team capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You are an incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., IEng MICE) with relevant experience, or have significant experience in a similar role.
- You hold a full driving license.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, working with clients and stakeholders to find innovative solutions.

- You maintain a focused and disciplined approach, ensuring thorough delivery for clients and customers.
