Location & Hours
Location: Southampton - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional office visits.
Hours: 40 hours per week - We offer flexibility, so just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will be at the forefront of planning and delivering structural work across our contracts. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team in a vibrant environment, tackling a variety of projects from inspection programming to maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Plan works and inspections alongside the Contracts Manager and Programme Manager, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contract requirements.
- Attend internal and external meetings, providing updates and collaborating closely with inspectors and engineers to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor programmes daily, capturing essential notifications and identifying critical activities for successful delivery.
- Track key performance indicators, manage client task requests, and develop design and build delivery programmes for client approval.
- Review health and safety documentation, ensuring subcontractor risk assessments meet standards and overseeing the completion of safety files and certificates.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold an HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering and possess an SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
- Have experience in traffic management, highways environments, rail, or London Underground projects.
- Are comfortable managing multiple schemes and projects simultaneously.
- Possess a full driving licence for site visits as needed.
