Location & Hours

Location: Rainham
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll collaborate with a talented team, manage resources, and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and motivate site operational staff to ensure project success.
  • Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Manage operational communications and relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Plan and oversee operational requirements for both internal and external resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

This position is perfect for you if you:

  • Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
  • Have proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry.
  • Are an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Possess proactive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Are highly organized, IT competent, and driven to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
