Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Services Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations across various sites. Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs
- Collaborating with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met
- Building strong client relationships through effective communication
- Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed
- Participating in meetings with senior management and clients, and preparing reports as needed
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have practical experience in Electrical work
- Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification
- Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation
- Have a Full driving licence
