Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Building Services Engineer with an Electrical bias to join our dynamic team in the heart of London.

Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Responsibilities

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations across various sites. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs
  • Collaborating with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met
  • Building strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed
  • Participating in meetings with senior management and clients, and preparing reports as needed

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have practical experience in Electrical work
  • Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification
  • Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation
  • Have a Full driving licence
