Locations:

Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Plymouth – Enjoy agile working with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week!

Hours:

40 hours per week – We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle!

Salary:

Starting from £60k per annum

Are You…

  • Practically-minded, with a solid grounding in civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineering principles?
  • A Chartered Engineer (CEng) or possess equivalent experience?

  • Have experience in temporary works design and/or management, or other practical construction experience?

Your Responsibilities:

As a Principal Engineer, you will lead the delivery of a wide range of complex construction engineering services, including:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Lead for multiple complex projects, managing technical scope, program, budget, and relationships from bid through to delivery.
  • Produce, check, and review design outputs such as calculations, sketches, drawings, 3D models, reports, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with CDM, SHE procedures, and QA processes.
  • Develop yourself and others, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to meet current and future challenges.
