Your Role
As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch electrical engineering services across a variety of exciting projects. You’ll collaborate with our internal MEP self-delivery business, supporting regional teams and strategic initiatives in sectors such as:
- Custodial
- Education
- Commercial
- Health
- Science
Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Ensure all works are procured, planned, and executed safely, adhering to Kier standards and legislation.
- Collaborate with design teams and clients to enhance construction efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Manage change control processes while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate project records.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, setting clear expectations and fostering their development.
What We’re Looking For

- You possess strong technical knowledge in electrical services and safety, backed by a relevant industry qualification.
- You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
