Location & Flexibility

Locations: Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Plymouth – Enjoy agile working with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week!

Hours: 40 hours per week – Flexible hours available to suit your lifestyle.

Salary: Starting from £40k per annum.

Sector: Engage with all areas of the built environment.

Are You…

  • Practically-minded, with a solid foundation in civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineering principles?
  • Working towards Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer status (CEng or IEng) or have equivalent experience?

Do You…

  • Enjoy tackling real-world construction challenges with a focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation?
  • Have experience in temporary works design and/or management, or other practical construction experience?
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills, thriving in collaborative team environments?

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of complex construction engineering services, including:

  • Producing, checking, and reviewing design outputs such as calculations, sketches, drawings, 3D models, reports, and risk assessments.
  • Acting as Project Lead for simpler projects, managing technical scope, programme, budget, and relationships from bid through to delivery.
  • Continuously developing yourself and contributing to the improvement of processes and systems.
