Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Temporary Works Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch construction engineering services. Collaborating with a talented team, you’ll provide technical guidance on temporary works and support projects from the tender stage all the way to completion.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Advising on the effective implementation of temporary works standards and providing technical guidance on design and implementation.
- Conducting compliance audits and recording findings to foster continuous improvement.
- Supporting bid-winning activities, including outline designs, feasibility studies, and value engineering solutions.
- Providing design management advice and technical assessments of third-party designs.
- Resolving technical issues and supporting incident investigations while delivering training and mentoring to enhance team capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You are an incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., IEng MICE) with relevant experience, or have significant experience in a similar role.
- You hold a Full driving licence.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, working with clients and stakeholders to find innovative solutions.
- You are trusted to deliver on your promises, acting safely and ethically at all times.
- You maintain a focused and disciplined approach, ensuring thorough delivery for clients and customers.
