Your Role

As a Senior Design Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional design solutions. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring that every project shines. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and coordinating design activities across multiple exciting projects
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, design teams, and consultants
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications
  • Managing design programmes and tracking progress against key milestones
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional growth
