Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Operative to join our dynamic Anglian Water Alliance team in the vibrant city of Lincoln.

Location: Lincoln
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Role

As an Operative, you’ll be an integral part of our team, contributing to essential water infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance, quality of work, and productivity targets.
• Excavating and working safely and efficiently on the highway.
• Carrying out small-scale civils and reinstatement work.
• Interacting with customers professionally at all times.
• Communicating progress updates to your team leader and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Full driving licence.
• Possess a CSCS and EUSR Water Hygiene card.
• Have experience working and excavating on the highway.
• Are skilled in small-scale civils and reinstatement.
• Hold a valid EUSR National Water Hygiene and SHEA Water certificate.
