Join Our Team as a Lift Engineer in Slough!

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £56,000 (including OTE), based on skills and experience

Working Hours:

Enjoy a balanced work-life with our schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
  • Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish!)

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Lift Service Engineer to cover Slough and its surrounding areas. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own patch, ensuring lifts are serviced, faults are diagnosed, and everything runs smoothly and safely, with local team support when needed.

Your Patch:

  • Covering Slough and nearby areas
  • Structured route—no random national travel!
  • A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
  • Mostly staying within your allocated area

Lift Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance
  • Respond to breakdowns and callouts
  • Diagnose faults and get lifts back up and running
  • Ensure sites are safe and compliant
  • Complete site logs and basic paperwork

Lift Engineer Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
  • Full UK driving licence
