Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic Construction team, based on-site. This is your chance to lead impactful projects and make a difference in communities across the region!

Location & Hours

Location: Site Based
Hours: Full-time (with some flexibility available—just let us know during our conversation!)

Your Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, overseeing assignments valued up to £7m. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and truly make an impact!

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and motivate site operational staff to ensure safe and quality delivery of construction projects.
  • Manage procurement, installation, and commissioning activities to meet program and budget requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement project plans while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Plan and coordinate operational resources to maximize customer satisfaction and project profitability.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification, with proven experience in a site management role.
  • You’re working towards or hold professional membership (CIOB, RICS, or similar).
  • You’re an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build collaborative relationships.
  • You have a solid understanding of construction methods, health and safety management, and design and build processes.
  • You’re IT competent with knowledge of planning techniques and relevant software.
