Location & Hours
Location: Area 4 - Stanford Depot, M20 Junction 11, Honeywood, Kent, United Kingdom, CT21 4UX
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week, days and nights, rota agreed locally
Salary: £38,806 per annum

Your Role
As an Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing streetlighting assets across the region. You’ll be part of a supportive team where your expertise will truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Perform maintenance and construction works on streetlighting equipment in line with contract requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to risk assessments, method statements, and quality plans.
- Accurately record and document work to support performance monitoring.
- Assist the health, safety, and environmental team by reporting incidents and maintaining safety records.
- Collaborate with the wider team to foster a 'right first time' culture.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold an ECS Card and a full driving licence.
- Have experience in streetlighting operations and electrical systems maintenance.
- Are skilled at managing projects within tight time and budget constraints.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of risk management.
- Are committed, adaptable, and thrive in collaborative team environments.
