Position Details

Location: King's Lynn
Hours: 45 hours per week

Your Role

As a Field Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our field teams deliver exceptional service while adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Your managerial support will be crucial in driving operational excellence and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor, measure, and enhance the productivity and performance of field teams.
  • Manage direct reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and actively participating in performance management.
  • Mentor and coach team members, facilitating their training and development.
  • Optimize the organization and control of labor, plant, and resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Promote a positive health & safety culture, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • You have supervisory experience in the water industry.
  • You hold a NRSWA ticket.
  • You possess strong IT and communication skills, with a knack for managing diverse teams.
  • You have a full driving license.
  • You are collaborative, trustworthy, and focused, enjoying partnerships with clients and stakeholders to find innovative solutions.
