Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a dedicated Operative to join our dynamic Anglian Water Alliance team based in Lincoln. This is your chance to be part of essential water infrastructure projects that impact communities every day!

Working Hours

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Role

As an Operative, you will play a vital role in our team, contributing to various projects such as:

• Maintenance of existing assets
• Pressure management
• District metering
• Large and complex mains repairs

In this role, you will:

• Take personal responsibility for health and safety performance and quality of work
• Work and excavate on the highway safely and efficiently
• Carry out small-scale civils and reinstatement work
• Engage with customers professionally at all times
• Communicate effectively with your team leader and colleagues, keeping them updated on progress

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Full driving licence
• Possess a CSCS and EUSR Water Hygiene card
• Have experience working and excavating on the highway
• Are skilled in small-scale civils and reinstatement
• Hold a valid EUSR National Water Hygiene and SHEA Water certificate
