Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for passionate Operatives to join our dynamic Anglian Water Alliance team based in Norwich and Ipswich. This is your chance to play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing water infrastructure across the region!

Your Role

As an Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working collaboratively on a variety of exciting projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing Health and Safety: Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance and the quality of your work.
  • Maintenance and Management: Working on the maintenance of existing assets, pressure management, and district metering.
  • Complex Repairs: Carrying out large and complex mains repairs.
  • Effective Communication: Keeping team leaders and colleagues updated on project progress.
  • Customer Engagement: Engaging professionally with customers to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Hold a Full driving licence.
  • Possess CSCS and EUSR Water Hygiene cards.
  • Have experience working and excavating on the highway.
  • Are skilled in small-scale civils and reinstatement.
  • Hold valid EUSR National Water Hygiene and SHEA Water certificates.
