Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Site Manager to become a key player in our dynamic Construction team based in Rainham!

Location & Hours

Location: Rainham
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Impact

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team, manage resources effectively, and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire site operational staff to maximize project success
  • Implement and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Manage communications and relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Plan and oversee operational requirements for both internal and external resources
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification
  • Have proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry
  • Are an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels
  • Possess proactive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management
  • Are highly organized, IT competent, and driven to achieve high client satisfaction
