Role Overview
Position: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Hours: 28 hours per week, flexible on days
Salary: Up to £39,392.73 per annum FTE, based on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Coverage Area: Central West Midlands - Birmingham, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Shrewsbury

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of foster parents, ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

We are looking for someone who is:
- An enthusiastic self-starter, capable of working independently while staying connected with team members and foster parents.
- A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Experience in fostering and children’s services is a plus, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- Driven and creative, eager to contribute to our innovative agency.
