As the main point of contact for your team, you'll ensure that our high standards are met and that compliance is top-notch across the department. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Be the operational leader, ensuring your team is effectively executing key tasks and objectives.
- Coach your team to achieve targets, such as retail upselling and add-on sales.
- Oversee CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits.
- Ensure all stock and propositions are available for our guests.
- Monitor the delivery of a quality guest experience in line with brand guidelines.
- Capture and act on guest feedback to enhance their experience.
- Champion communication within your area, ensuring plans are executed effectively.
- Build strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
- Support the employee life cycle, from onboarding to performance management.
Key Focus Areas in Splash
In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of our Splash pool and leisure facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding procedures.
- Conduct regular poolside supervision and ensure lifeguarding coverage.
- Support the delivery of pool activities and guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the pool area.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
- Strong attention to detail for audit and observation activities.
- Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
- A proven track record of generating new opportunities through sales and promotions.
- Experience in managing performance and delivering team training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- NPQL or equivalent qualification and previous experience in a swimming pool environment.
