Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Site Manager to become a key player in our Construction team based in Rainham/Lewisham.

Location & Hours

Location: Rainham
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, manage operational resources, and foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and motivate site operational staff to maximize project success.
  • Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Manage operational communications and relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Plan and oversee operational requirements for both internal and external resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

This position is perfect for you if you:

  • Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
  • Have proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry.
  • Are an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Possess proactive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Are highly organized, IT competent, and driven to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
