Your Role
As our Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions. You’ll collaborate with our talented team to shape complex projects and mentor junior colleagues. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the delivery of structural design information, ensuring compliance with schedules
- Assessing and mitigating technical risks for both temporary and permanent works
- Supporting tender and bid winning through design expertise and innovative solutions
- Mentoring colleagues and fostering engineering excellence within the team
- Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to exceed expectations
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have proven experience in an engineering role with a main contractor, especially in structural refurbishment
- You excel at identifying and mitigating risks early in the project lifecycle
- You can build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders
- You hold a relevant engineering qualification (HND/HNC minimum)
- You value collaboration and can create an inclusive, supportive environment
