Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Sub Agent to join our dynamic team within the United Utilities Framework in the beautiful North West of England.

Location: North West of England
Hours: 45 hours per week

Your Impact

As a Sub Agent, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering successful projects. You’ll oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Support the Site Agent in managing resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Have experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision.
• Hold a qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Can read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Hold a full driving license and are willing to travel between project sites as needed.
