The Role

As a Nursery Third in Charge, you’ll play a vital role in helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe and engaging environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modeling and maintaining high standards.
• Guiding and developing staff through coaching, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Building strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
• Helping maintain staffing ratios and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

About You

You’re compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference every day. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Essential:

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Confident written and spoken English.

Desirable:

• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
