Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
- Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
