Your Role: A Key Player in Our Driving Team
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, delivering a variety of ambient, chilled, and frozen products to our valued customers in the local region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring safe and timely deliveries while adhering to the highest food hygiene standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing load plans.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
What You Bring to the Mix
We’re looking for a qualified Class 2 Driver who possesses:
- Valid CPC cards and a proactive approach to work.
- A commitment to delivering top-notch service to our customers.
- An eye for detail and strong communication skills.
- The ability to follow processes and procedures effectively.
- Flexibility to work within a shift system.
Working Conditions
Enjoy a competitive salary of £44,686 per annum (£18.62 per hour) with a fantastic range of benefits. Your working hours will be:
- Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays from 06:00 to 15:30 (Foodservice)
- OR Monday to Saturday with 1 rest day during the week and permanent Sundays off, starting between 04:00 - 06:00 (Logistics)
