Role Overview
Position: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Hours: 28 hours per week, flexible on days
Salary: Up to £39,392.73 per annum FTE, depending on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: Central West Midlands - covering Birmingham, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Shrewsbury

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of foster parents.
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An enthusiastic and committed self-starter, able to work independently while staying connected with team members and foster parents.
- A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- Driven and creative, ready to share our vision and make a real impact.
