Role Overview
Position: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Hours: 21 hours per week, flexible on days
Salary: Up to £39,392.73 per annum FTE, based on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: North Nottinghamshire and North Derbyshire

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of foster parents.
- Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.

What We’re Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while staying connected with team members and foster parents. The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Possess a good understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- Share our innovative vision, whether you’re new to fostering or an experienced Supervising Social Worker.
