- Part-Time Hours: 16 hours per week (Thursday & Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary: £10,561.20 per annum

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan stimulating activities that support each child’s learning and development.
- Engage as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
- Support the overall development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
