Location & Hours
Location: Wanlip, Leicestershire
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility available!

Your Impact
As a General Foreman, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring safety and excellence on site. You’ll lead by example, working hands-on with your team to deliver outstanding results. This is your chance to make a real difference!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage site safety, delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
- Supervise site operatives and coordinate daily activities to ensure high standards.
- Organize site equipment, plant, and materials for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily records and communicate progress with line managers.
- Implement safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments, ensuring all team members are trained and equipped with PPE.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have practical experience in setting up and running a construction site.
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4.
- Possess a CSCS card at Supervisor level (Gold, Experienced Supervisor, or Manager).
- Have SSSTS certification.
- Are passionate about safety, teamwork, and empowering others to excel.
