Location: Basingstoke/Aldershot

We support regional businesses across the UK and engage in strategic projects. Our expertise spans core sectors including Custodial, Commercial, and Health & Science. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects meet specifications, stay within budget, and are delivered on time—all while collaborating with our talented project teams.

Your Responsibilities

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will:

  • Ensure all works are procured, planned, and executed safely in accordance with Kier standards and UK law.
  • Review designs with teams and clients to optimize for efficient and safe construction.
  • Manage change control procedures and implement quality control measures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members within your area of responsibility.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation and enhancement strategies.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You possess a strong technical background in Electrical Services and safety, holding a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
  • You have CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
  • You thrive in collaborative project teams and have a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • You understand budgets and commercial priorities, making sound decisions based on clear criteria.
