Job Details
Location: London, Birmingham, or Manchester - remote working available with occasional office travel required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - flexible hours available upon request.

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in our Structures Team, ensuring technical excellence across various contracts, including:
- Leading and managing the delivery of technical outputs as Lead Designer
- Contributing to innovation in the inspection, assessment, and design of highway structures
- Conducting scheme investigations, site inspections, data collection, and feasibility studies
- Preparing tender documents and overseeing construction inspections
- Implementing improvements to SHEQ across all project aspects
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and are approaching or have achieved Chartered/Incorporated status
- You have demonstrable experience in the inspection, assessment, and design of highway structures to UK standards
- You’re proficient with relevant design software and familiar with Eurocodes and management systems
