Role Overview
Position: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Hours: 21 hours per week (flexible on days)
Basic Salary: Up to £39,392.73 per annum FTE, depending on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Covering Area: North Nottinghamshire and North Derbyshire

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of Foster Parents.
- Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.
- Work closely with Foster Parents to provide ongoing support and guidance.
What We Are Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Possess excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Have good IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- Have a solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- Share our creative vision and drive, whether you are new to fostering or an experienced Supervising Social Worker.
