Location & Hours

Location: Mogden STW, Twickenham
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available, just let us know when you speak to us.

Your Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of a major Water Treatment Works upgrade project. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious individual to:

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the commercial management of project sections, subcontract packages, and supplier accounts from procurement to final account settlement
• Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, monthly cost forecasts, and cashflow reports
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are implemented
• Oversee change control processes, ensuring variations and contractual entitlements are agreed in a timely manner
• Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting high standards of commercial management and professional growth

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
• You have commercial experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, ideally with MEICA exposure
• You are self-motivated and ambitious, with a genuine desire to learn and progress your career
• You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
• You hold a full driving license
