Your Role

As a Senior Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the safe and effective installation of mechanical services across a key project in the Laboratory sector. You’ll lead mechanical installations while collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure successful project delivery. This is your chance to showcase your technical expertise and leadership skills!

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Plan all works with suitable risk assessments, ensuring safety in accordance with Kier standards and UK law.
• Liaise with Engineers and Project Managers to deliver site works on schedule.
• Manage quality control procedures and coordinate services installation.
• Oversee and guide other supervisors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to identifying project risks and opportunities.

• You possess technical skills in Mechanical Services installation and safety, backed by a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
• You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
