Your Role

As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering construction projects that are not only safe and timely but also meet the highest quality standards. You’ll manage operational resources and lead site teams, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing project success. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies across all site activities.
• Lead, manage, and motivate operational site staff to reach their full potential.
• Manage communications and relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure satisfactory project completion and enhanced value.
• Implement operational project plans while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
• Have qualifications and/or experience in leading operational construction projects.
• Are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body.
• Can demonstrate your experience in a site management role.
• Are an excellent communicator, highly organized, and driven to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
