Location: Mogden STW, Twickenham
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility available!

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of a major Water Treatment Works upgrade project. This is your chance to develop your leadership skills, maximize commercial performance, and advance your career within a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the commercial management of project sections, subcontract packages, and supplier accounts from procurement to final account settlement.
- Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, monthly cost forecasts, and cashflow reports.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
- Oversee change control processes, ensuring variations and contractual entitlements are agreed promptly.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting high standards of commercial management and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Have commercial experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, ideally with MEICA exposure.
- Are self-motivated and ambitious, eager to learn and progress your career.
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Hold a full driving license.
