Location & Hours

Location: Mogden STW, Twickenham
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility available!

Your Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of a major Water Treatment Works upgrade project. This is your chance to develop your leadership skills, maximize commercial performance, and advance your career within a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the commercial management of project sections, subcontract packages, and supplier accounts from procurement to final account settlement.
• Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, monthly cost forecasts, and cashflow reports.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Oversee change control processes, ensuring variations and contractual entitlements are agreed promptly.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting high standards of commercial management and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• Have commercial experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, ideally with MEICA exposure.
• Are self-motivated and ambitious, eager to learn and progress your career.
• Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Hold a full driving license.
