Position Details

Location: Site based, Weybridge
Hours: Full Time, Permanent - some flexibility on hours available if desired. Just let us know when you speak to us!

Your Role

As a Senior Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the safe and effective installation of mechanical services across a key project in the Laboratory sector. You’ll lead mechanical installations while supporting the wider project delivery, using your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide teams towards successful outcomes that meet our high standards for quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all works are planned with suitable risk assessments and carried out safely in accordance with Kier standards and UK law.
• Liaise with Engineers and Project Managers to deliver site works in line with programmes.
• Manage quality control procedures and coordinate services installation.
• Oversee and guide other supervisors to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the identification of project risks and opportunities.

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have technical skills in Mechanical Services installation and safety, backed by a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
• You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
• You are a clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
• You are focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• You are eager to develop your career and support others to succeed.
